Should the hot-water hose be removed?
No. Keep the washer hot-water hose connected even if you turn off the hot-water tap. An open inlet may allow water to flow back out of the washer.
Can I stop using detergent completely?
Detergent needs vary by soil, fabric, water quality, washer, and the result you expect. Start conservatively, follow garment-care instructions, and pre-treat difficult stains when needed.
How do I know the unit is operating?
During water flow, the front window should show a blue operating light and visible bubbles. A flashing red light or no bubbles after basic checks requires support.
What maintenance does it need?
Inspect hoses and fittings, monitor the operating light and bubbles, and replace the desiccant dryer cartridge when all visible blue beads have turned pink.
Does this model include a remote control or automatic dehumidification?
No. This model does not include a remote control. It uses a replaceable desiccant dryer cartridge rather than an automatic dehumidification function.
Can treated water be used for drinking?
No. Water from the unit is not intended for drinking or ingestion. Follow the product manual and local plumbing requirements.
Is it suitable for commercial or healthcare laundry?
